PC Richards has the WORST POLICY EVER!!!

PC Richards complaint
PC Richards is NOT reliable and they have the worst warranty policy. My computer crashed, so I took it to PC Richards to get serviced. I told them not erase the hard drive. However a week later they told me they could not fix it with erasing the hard drive. So I tried to repair it myself. I plugged the computer into my desk top and everything came up. So obviously there is nothing wrong with the hard drive. Maybe the light or something blew.

Instead of taking out my hard drive and placing it into another computer they would rather inconvience me. So in order for them to fix my computer you have to erase everything and now I have reinstall everything on the computer. They would rather save money than a customer. I would not recommend PC Richards to anyone. Had I been told this at the beginning I would have purchased the manufactures extended warranty not PC Richards. I called customer service and first they said they don't look at it unless I allow them to erase the hard. If that was the case I wouldn't have given it to them in the first place. DUH!! I feel like PC Richards is more interested in money than keeping me as a customer. I wouldn't even buy batteries from them.

PC Richards has the worst policies of any major electronics store.  

 

I bought a camera there. A couple of days later, I wanted to return it. But they don't allow returns on Camera's. The lady was a real punk about it. Basically, PC Richards is a "no returns" shop. A total rip off, as Best Buy gives 14 days to return any item, even cameras. Go to Best Buy ALWAYS.
