Delivery man rang bell and said that I had to give him $25 for delivery. I had paid for delivery and hookup. I showed him my invoice. He would not accept it. I called the store (Rockville Center, NY) and the manager confirmed what I told the driver. They took my old dryer, brought in the new one and left the box for US to throw out. Their integrity is so compromised they can't even keep things straight on their end. They allow you to place a web order with no intention of fulfilling it. They refuse to answer your inquiries for an update. 25 minutes on the phone with the worst customer service - she had no clue and was making things up. Did I mention that I was charged in full asap? I had the worst experience with delivery!! First off the damage that was caused by your two incompetent delivery men far outweighs the price of the refrigerator. The delivery men could not lift the refrigerator up, so they proceeded to drag and bounce the dolly up my new paver steps and walkway. This was after I told them that they would have to pick it up. The rates are the highest at 26.99% along with no customer service at P.C Richard's makes it a nightmare of a card. Most of the numbers provided by the lender are none working numbers. Paying the account at your local P.C Richard's is a nightmare. They can't tell you the minimum payment, your balance or credit limit. I was having issues with my Maytag 5000 series washer. I called for an appointment and needed to wait a week for an appointment. I always have shop at PC Richard great salesperson but very disappointing with the delivery service, don't ever expect them to deliver on time you might have to wait more hours than expected Add comment
