We purchased dishwasher stove and fridge.Everything came but fridge.We were told a week later it would be there tuesday or wednesday.I called that monday and was informed it would be there in 2 more weeks!!!!!We called our salesman and was told there was one in the inventory and would get it the next day.it arrived and i said you are hooking up the ice maker?He responded i dont do that.My reply was well we payed for the hook-up!!!!He looked at... It really depends who you get. The sales person on the phone was nice. But when I arrived there was a different sales person not so nice. Treat everyone with dignity and respect. Otherwise we will spend our money elsewhere.

I walked in the doors and as soon as I looked in to see what the store looked like, I felt like I was the last bread crumb on earth! Every sales person spotted us and ALL of them started walking my way!!! Talk about UNCOMFORTABLE! I purchased a washer from PC Richard couple weeks ago. Delivery was made as scheduled. I have no complains about the appliance but I do have a complain about the installer. There were two gentleman came in which one was very friendly but the installer was a rude person with an attitude and he was acting as a wise guy. PC Richards is anything but honest. The manager in the Carle Place NY yelled at my wife because he backdoored us for 65.00 on a 5,800.00 purchase, when we asked about it first he lied then stated I don't make mistakes. We cancelled the entire order, it was the same drama when I brought a TV 2 years ago (Carle Place) they sold my TV and attempted to give me one of less value. The absolute worst service I have ever received and will never buy from PC Richards again my3-year-old fridgeaire gallery died last week the compressor went on it. Called and had a technician in last Friday I am still waiting for the technician to arrive to my house today to fix it. I have called this am waiting since 630 am for a 7 am call the technician has still not arrived. He called out yesterday also and went to another call this morning.... Read more

I made the fatal mistake of purchasing a washer dryer combo. Before 90 days had elasped the combo had stopped working. The situation was horrible. Customer service lied to us. The techician that came to service the nachine was not prepared to fix it. Various other emoyees lied to us .Seven days after the initial call the washer combo is still broken. We bought a Whirlpool refrigerator for almost $800. When the delivery came the refrigerator was dented in the back, they broke my wall putting it into the kitchen and cracked my tile. They refused to take it back and instead sent and *** repair man who had no idea what he was doing. He proceeded to open and close the door hitting our kitchen cabinets each time. Just got back from PCR in Union Square, NYC, where my husband and i went to “look” in person at microwaves we had already seen online. Whoever the salesman on the second floor was at 11:45, today, Saturday June18th, needs to get a good reprimand from management.
