I ordered in September 25, 2013 KITCHE AID appliances package four items for a total of $6,000 and refrigerator door was damaged and dishwasher stainless steel panel had spots that would not go away even after i polished with steel cleaner. Several appointments 6 to be exact sitting at home waiting for service and still have problem with ice maker servicemen have no clue what they are doing? I bought a dryer and was told max 6 days I'll get it. I waited a week and got a call saying that I was going to get it the next day. Three hour later I got a call saying the warehouse will be closed so I'll get it 4-5 days. I don't know what kind of people work for this company but I'm never going back there again. Went out of my way to go here to but a Sony radio. When I arrived home the radio didn't work. Spent almost an hour on the phone trying to get help. I was finally transfered to the salesman who told me to bring it back. What another long trip and who was going to pay for it. I went into the Orange,Ct store to purchase a HTMI cable for my ASUS tablet to connect it to the new monitor my husband purchased for me for Christmas from that store. Charges for delivery and assembly of televisions and stands are high. The job was rushed. Less than an hour after the deliverymen left I noticed scratches on the underneath parts of the TV Stand shelves. Like hanging chads. So light shows through the blackened glass. Management sometimes when they weren't acting, greeted you and said hello and by your name and treated sometimes like an actual human being and same with coworkers. I could add my complaints to the list about the lack of caring of the sales personnel to the rudeness of the delivery department and lack of knowledge of the installers and the fact that I order an ice maker with the refrigerator and they "forgot it" but seeing the many bad reviews on this page I don't think anyone in this family own business reads the reviews and if they do they must not care,...
