The absolute worst service I have ever received and will never buy from PC Richards again my3-year-old fridgeaire gallery died last week the compressor went on it. Called and had a technician in last Friday I am still waiting for the technician to arrive to my house today to fix it. I have called this am waiting since 630 am for a 7 am call the technician has still not arrived. He called out yesterday also and went to another call this morning.... Read more

I made the fatal mistake of purchasing a washer dryer combo. Before 90 days had elasped the combo had stopped working. The situation was horrible. Customer service lied to us. The techician that came to service the nachine was not prepared to fix it. Various other emoyees lied to us .Seven days after the initial call the washer combo is still broken. And there doesn't appear to be in repairs upcoming. I will NEVER purchase another item from PC... Read more

We bought a Whirlpool refrigerator for almost $800. When the delivery came the refrigerator was dented in the back, they broke my wall putting it into the kitchen and cracked my tile. They refused to take it back and instead sent and *** repair man who had no idea what he was doing. He proceeded to open and close the door hitting our kitchen cabinets each time. Just got back from PCR in Union Square, NYC, where my husband and i went to “look” in person at microwaves we had already seen online. Whoever the salesman on the second floor was at 11:45, today, Saturday June18th, needs to get a good reprimand from management. Very first thing he, said, as he chewed gum, was “why don't you just order one online?” Why maintain a brick and mortar showroom if your salespeople tell you that? He walked away from me... purchase new stove, fridge and microwave over stove, my tenant who is deaf and handicap move in and said stove not working, *** ed came out and said there is gas pressure but something wrong with stove, call service and they sent a guy out 4 days later, he came and said he need to order part, part came in 2 days later, today is friday and now i called service, tech can come out till monday, which is unacceptable. they just of tested the stove... I bought a gas range (range, convection micro & dishwasher) from PC Richards back in Nov of 2015. While cooking on my cooktop a loud pop sound occurred and from there on the igniter no longer worked. Called for service and service man came a couple of days later. Service man was there less than 10 minutes barely looked at the range and said he needed to order a new igniter panel. Had an incredibly aggressive delivery man who was trying to enter the building through the wrong entrance (would have gotten the building staff in trouble and possibly damaged the lobby floors). Tried to be nice and let him know that he had to go to another entrance. He tried to force his way into the building and made a verbal threat. Very scary. I would not purchase from P.C. It is always a pleasure working with Raymond Mack at the College Point Store. We purchased a stacking Fridgidaire Washer and Dryer. Ray is always very pleasant, professional and thorough. Also our units were delivered yesterday and the delivery gentlemen were also very pleasant and polite and was able to remove our current units and complete the installation all within an hour. Handling and installation of range could have killed us. Burner was completely off the valve in the oven allowing gas to escape.

They have the worst service department in history. I have been having a issue with a refrigerator that has been going on for 3 months now. They order the wrong parts and then cancel appointments the day of. The supervision never call you back and when you call back they have the attitude that its no big deal. Just reschedule. They claim in the recording while you are on hold that they get it right the first time. Well i guess 3 times is a charm. Read more
